The due dates are listed below.  Please either pay through PayPal or mail the deposit in before the deadline. There will be an additional $20.00 for all late entries. The deposit will be deducted from the total fee.

**Housing is provided through PSU Housing Authority. In order to provide a quality camp, a chaperone will be needed for groups sending 6 or more students. Discounts given for chaperones attending.

Camp Date: July 21 – 24th, 2008 - Pittsburg State University.

Fees: Commuter - $125.00     Resident: $215.00

$50.00 deposit due by: JULY 6th, 2007 - PSU Camp
 
If you do not receive our confirmation packet within two weeks after you have submitted your application, please contact our office immediately.

Refund Policy: If for any reason you are unable to attend camp, you must notify our office IN WRITING. The letter must arrive in our office 5 days prior to camp if a refund is expected. All refunds will be mailed directly from the office immediately following camp. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations by telephone are appreciated, but not acceptable for refunds. All refunds must be in writing for auditing purposes.
